Our Goal

We are a small spray tan business and during busy times space may be limited. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Please keep in mind that "no-shows" or late cancellations leave our tan technician with empty appointment slots, and disappointed guests who may have been turned away. In order to provide you and other clients with exceptional customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that appointments made the same day are subject to our cancellation policy as well.

Making or Cancelling an Appointment

Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a positive experience booking with us. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 913 433-8380. Tanning Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance, any cancellations made within 24 hours are not subject to any charges. Same day cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy as well.

Group Parties

Group Party cancellations should be made 72 hours in advance. Parties cancelled within 72 hours are not subject to any charges. Parties that are cancelled in less than 72 hours of the scheduled time of service are subject to a charge of 50% of the total cost.
